The scientific journal Toxins has published the article entitled “Effects of a Phytogenic Mycotoxin Detoxifier on Oxidative Status, Health, and Performance in Dairy Sheep”.

The in vivo study was conducted in Greece in collaboration with the University of Thessaly, the Agricultural University of Athens, the Institute of Technology of Agricultural Products (HAO-Demeter), and the Agricultural Cooperative of Cattle and Sheep Breeders of Western Thessaly.

The aim of the in vivo trial was to evaluate the efficacy of BIŌNTE® QUIMITŌX® PLUS in mitigating the harmful effects of chronic mycotoxin exposure in dairy sheep fed a naturally multi-contaminated diet (containing aflatoxin B1, fumonisins B1+B2, and ochratoxin A), focusing on its impact on key effect biomarkers related to oxidative stress, health, and productive performance of the animals.
